Agreement to terms

By using this website or engaging Tactics Digital YYC ("we", "us") for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

We provide AI software development services including Custom SaaS Development, AI Integration, MVP Sprints, and Technical Advisory. The specific terms of each engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties.

Website use

This website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access, run automated scrapers without permission, or use the site in a manner that disrupts service for others.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, design, code, graphics) is owned by Tactics Digital YYC unless otherwise noted. Our own product brands — Lintry, pwnedIQ — and associated marks belong to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute content without written permission.

For client work: the client owns the deliverables produced under a Statement of Work upon final payment, except for any pre-existing tools, libraries, or methods we used in delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactics Digital YYC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. Direct liability for any specific engagement is limited to amounts paid under that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
