Who we are

Tactics Digital YYC ("we", "us", "our") is a Calgary-based product engineering studio. We operate this website at https://tacticsdigital.ca and provide product engineering services to clients in Canada and the United States.

We treat privacy as a design requirement, not an afterthought — both in our own operations and in the products we build. We collect the minimum we need and protect it accordingly.

What we collect

When you interact with our website or services, we may collect the following:

• Information you provide directly, such as your name, email, and company when you book a call or email us
• Information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed (via standard server logs)
• Information needed to perform contracted services, such as access credentials and project requirements (when you become a client)

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule discovery calls
• To deliver services we are contracted to provide
• To send transactional emails related to active engagements
• To improve our website and service offering

We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising or behavioral tracking on this site.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party providers needed to run our business:

• Calendly — for scheduling discovery calls
• Vercel — for website hosting
• Google Workspace — for email
• Stripe — for billing (clients only)

Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws (such as Canada's PIPEDA and California's CCPA) give you the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Email hello@tacticsdigital.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain communications and contract documents for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal obligations (typically 7 years for tax records). Discovery-call recordings, if made, are deleted within 90 days unless we have a specific reason to keep them and you have consented.
