1. Who we are

Tactics Digital ("Tactics Digital") operates https://tacticsdigital.ca. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or engage our services. Contact: hello@tacticsdigital.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, phone number, and business information when you book a call or contact us. We also collect standard analytics data (page views, referral source, device type) through privacy-respecting analytics tools.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you've engaged us for, send you relevant communications about our work together, and improve our platform. We do not use your data for any purpose you haven't consented to.

4. SMS communications and TCPA compliance

When we build AI follow-up systems for our clients, those systems send SMS messages only to leads who have explicitly opted in through the client's lead capture process. Every system we build includes TCPA-compliant opt-out mechanisms (reply STOP to unsubscribe) and we honor opt-out requests immediately.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by engagement level. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@tacticsdigital.com.

5. Data storage and security

Client data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Vercel for hosting with SOC 2 Type II compliance. We retain data for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Third-party services

Our platform integrates with Anthropic (Claude API), Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), and Cal.com (scheduling). Each provider maintains their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each integration to function.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@tacticsdigital.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core site functionality.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
