Why we build our own products
Dogfooding is the only honest test.
We build SaaS for a living. If we could not also operate SaaS — handle outages, support tickets, billing edge cases, prompt regressions, scaling issues — we would not actually understand what we are selling.
Lintry and pwnedIQ exist because we want first-hand experience with every part of the SaaS lifecycle, not just the build phase. When we tell a client "you will hit a Stripe webhook race condition around day 20 in production" — it is because we hit it ourselves.
Side benefit: products generate revenue independently from client work, which means we can say no to bad-fit projects without panicking about runway.
