One working session. We strip the idea to its smallest testable version. What does the user do in 30 seconds? Everything else gets cut.

Auth, landing page, core data model, hosting setup. You can see progress at the end of day 3.
Core feature
The one thing users actually do. Built well, with the rough edges polished.
Polish & ship
Real domain, copy, analytics, payment if needed. You can send the link to a real user.
