MVP · Service
Idea to working product.
A validation-ready product — built, hosted, and documented. Not a prototype, not slides.
The problem
Founders burn months and money two ways: building far too much before anyone has confirmed they want it, or hiring the cheapest option and getting a brittle prototype that cannot survive real users. Both end the same way — a rebuild, and lost time you cannot get back.
What this is
MVP puts a real product in front of real users, fast. We build the core — deliberately the smallest version that proves the idea — ship it to production, and hand you everything you need to start learning from actual usage instead of assumptions.
How it works
What actually happens.
No black box. You see progress every week, and you know what comes next at every step.
Scope lock & design
We lock the scope (ideally from Discovery), strip it to the smallest version that proves the idea, and design the core flows. Saying no to features here is how we ship in weeks.
Core build, shipped weekly
Backend, frontend, authentication, and database — built and shown to you every week. You watch the product take shape rather than waiting for a reveal.
Privacy by design
Data handling is built GDPR/CCPA-aware from the start, not patched in later — so the MVP can grow up without a privacy rebuild.
Deploy, document, hand off
Production deployment, an admin panel, documentation, and a 30-day bug-fix window — plus an optional training session for your team.
What's included
- ✓Core product features (scoped from Discovery)
- ✓Backend, frontend, and authentication
- ✓Database design
- ✓Privacy-by-design data handling (GDPR / CCPA aware)
- ✓Production hosting setup
- ✓Basic admin panel
- ✓Documentation & handoff materials
- ✓30-day post-launch bug-fix support
- ✓Optional: training session for your in-house team
Who it's for
Founders ready to test product-market fit with real users, who want a product that actually works — not a clickable mockup.
Not the right fit if
- ✗Products that need production-scale, payments, and heavy compliance on day one — that is Scale.
- ✗Founders without a validated direction — start with Discovery so we build the right thing.
- ✗Anyone expecting a "complete", feature-rich product — an MVP is deliberately minimal by design.
Why Tactics
What you get that you won't elsewhere.
A real product, not slides
You get working software in production that real users can touch — built by people who ship and operate their own SaaS.
Disciplined scope
We cut ruthlessly to the smallest version that proves the idea. That discipline is why an MVP ships in weeks instead of stalling for months.
You own everything
Full source code, infrastructure, and data from day one. No proprietary lock-in — take it and run whenever you want.
FAQ
MVP questions.
Do I own the code?
Yes — full ownership of source code, infrastructure, and data. No proprietary lock-in. You can take it and run at any time.
What if I have not done Discovery?
We can start with a short scoping step, or run a full Discovery first. We will not start building blind — clear scope is what keeps the build fast and on budget.
Who actually works on my MVP?
A senior team across engineering and design — the same people who build our own products. No rotating cast of juniors learning on your budget.
How do pricing and timelines work?
Fixed scope, agreed in a Statement of Work before we start. We publish the range up front — no hourly billing. Scope changes are re-scoped and re-priced transparently.
What is deliberately left out of an MVP?
Anything not needed to prove the core idea — extensive settings, edge-case flows, polish, scale infrastructure. Those come in Scale, once users have told you which ones actually matter.
What happens after launch?
You get a 30-day bug-fix window. When the MVP is validated, Scale takes it to production-grade for real growth.
Ready to start?
20-minute discovery call. We'll tell you honestly what's possible, what it costs, and whether we're the right team to build it.
