Do I need a validated MVP first?
Ideally, yes. Scale is about taking something that already works to production-grade. If you are pre-validation, start with MVP — building to scale before you know what to scale is wasted money.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Often, yes — after a short architecture review to assess what is there and what it will take. Discovery is the usual entry point for that assessment.
Who actually works on my project?

How do pricing and timelines work?
Fixed scope, milestone-based. We agree a Statement of Work and a published range before any work starts — no hourly billing and no open-ended surprises. Scope changes are re-scoped and re-priced transparently.

90 days of post-launch support for issues and stabilization. Beyond that, most founders move to a Partner retainer for ongoing technical guidance.
